Shipping Policy
MERCHANDISE VALUE AND LIABILITIES
- The company reserves the right not to deliver orders with incomplete shipping addresses.
- The company reserves the right to withhold any delivery charges if the merchandises are rejected at delivery. Delivery must be accepted or rejected as a whole (all items), not by single item/good.
- In the event that no one is at home at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt within the next 1 – 3 working days. You may also refer to the Order Tracking for the status of your package.

- As soon as your items are authenticated, we’ll ship them out to you and send you a link to track your package.
- Order Tracking by email: Click “Order Tracking” from Order Confirmation email.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME AND FEES
- Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia: 2-3 working days.
- Delivery within Sabah & Sarawak: Up to 14 working days.
- Delivery Charges: Based on weight of the good(s) & distance.
- Free Shipping: Available for purchases above RM200. (Applicable to Peninsular Malaysia only)
