• The company reserves the right not to deliver orders with incomplete shipping addresses. 
• The company reserves the right to withhold any delivery charges if the merchandises are rejected at delivery. Delivery must be accepted or rejected as a whole (all items), not by single item/good.
• In the event that no one is at home at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you to arrange a second delivery attempt within the next 1 – 3 working days. You may also refer to the Order Tracking for the status of your package.

• Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia: 2-3 working days.
• Delivery within Sabah & Sarawak: Up to 14 working days.
• Delivery Charges: Based on weight of the good(s) & distance.
• Free Shipping: Available for purchases above RM200. (Applicable to Peninsular Malaysia only)
